To join ONE you will need to either: Live, Work, Worship, Volunteer or Attend School in one of the following Counties:

What do I need to open an Account?

You will need the following items to open an account at ONE:

  • Government-issued ID: Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport with current address. (If your current address is not listed, provide two forms of proof of residence such as a utility bill, account statement, or lease agreement.)
  • Social Security Number
  • Date of Birth
  • A $5 cash or check deposit into your membership account, signifying your ownership in ONE.

How do I access MX?

You can access MX by logging into your Online or Mobile Banking and selecting the More option in Online Banking or the Ellipsis icon option in the upper right-hand corner of Mobile Banking.

From here you will want to select the Budget Manager tab to access MX.

What is courtesy pay?

Courtesy Pay is a service that allows ONE Federal Credit Union to pay items such as an ACH or Check written on a your checking account even if it causes the account to become overdrawn.

Courtesy Pay may provide eligible account holders in good standing with the ability to overdraw their checking account up to $300.00.

A Courtesy Pay Fee, as disclosed on our fee schedule of $35.00, is assessed per transaction whenever Courtesy Pay is used to pay an item.

What is Overdraft Protection?

Overdraft Protection is an optional service you can add to your checking account by linking other eligible accounts you may have at ONE Federal Credit Union.

If you don’t have enough money in your checking account to clear an ACH or Check withdrawal, we will use available funds in your linked account(s) to authorize or pay your transactions.

An Overdraft Transfer fee of $10.00, as disclosed in the fee schedule, will be assessed per transaction whenever funds are transferred from an eligible share account.

Do I need to be a Member to get a loan?
  • Yes. You will need to open a Savings Account in order to obtain a loan from ONE FCU.
what do i need to apply for a loan?

You will need to bring the following information:

  • Proof of Income – Most recent paystub
  • Copy of payoff, if applicable, including a 10-day payoff, Account Number and mailing address

How do I apply for a loan?

You can apply for a Business Loan by either reaching out to our Business Department at 888.299.7351 or scheduling an appointment online with our Business Relationship Manager. 

Online & Mobile Banking

How do I enroll in Online Banking?

To enroll in Online Banking please follow the directions below:

  • Go to https://onlinebanking.onefcu.com/ or download and open the ONE FCU mobile app on your phone.
  • Click on the Enroll Now button.
  • Please read the Terms and Conditions and click the Consent check box. Then click Next
  • Enter your DOB, SSN, and 5 Digit Membership Account Number.
  • Enter a User ID and Password
  • Select which method of contact you prefer to receive the One Time Passcode (OTP).
  • Verify the OTP sent to your preferred choice of contact.
  • Congratulations you have enrolled in Online Banking.
How do I reset my Password?

To Reset your Password for Online or Mobile Banking please follow the directions below:

  • Go to https://onlinebanking.onefcu.com/ or download and open the ONE FCU mobile app on your phone.
  • Click on the Forgot Password button.
  • Enter your 5 digit Membership Account Number and User ID and click Next.
  • Enter your DOB and SSN. Click Next.
  • Select which method of contact you prefer to receive the One Time Passcode (OTP).
  • Verify the OTP sent to your preferred choice of contact.
  • Choose a new password. Click Next.
  • Your password has now been changed.
How do I Unlock my Account?

To Reset your Password for Online or Mobile Banking please follow the directions below:

  • Go to https://onlinebanking.onefcu.com/ or download and open the ONE FCU mobile app on your phone.
  • Click on the Unlock Account button.
  • Enter your 5-digit Membership Account Number and User ID and click Next.
  • Enter your DOB and SSN. Click Next.
  • Select which method of contact you prefer to receive the One Time Passcode (OTP).
  • Verify the OTP sent to your preferred choice of contact.
  • Select if you know your password or if you wish to reset your password. Click Next.
  • Your Account has now been Unlocked.
I forgot my User ID?

To reset your User ID for Online or Mobile Banking please follow the directions below:

  • Go to https://onlinebanking.onefcu.com/ or download and open the ONE FCU mobile app on your phone.
  • Click on the Forgot User ID button.
  • Enter your DOB and SSN.
  • Enter your 5-digit Membership Account Number and click Retrieve User ID.
  • Your User ID will be either emailed or text messaged to the information we have on file.
